Altered a recipe one day when I had no eggs, and REALLY wanted a brownie. This turned out really well.. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients For eggless brownies

2 call-purpose flour

2 csugar
-
3/4 cunsweetened cocoa powder

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 cvegetable oil

1/2 cmelted butter or margarine

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make eggless brownies

1Pre-Heat oven to 350deg. Grease the bottom only of a 9x13 baking pan.

2In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.

3Pour in milk, oil, melted butter/margarine and vanilla, and mix well.

4Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is not shiny. (let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares)
