Altered a recipe one day when I had no eggs, and REALLY wanted a brownie. This turned out really well.. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients For eggless brownies

  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make eggless brownies

    Pre-Heat oven to 350deg. Grease the bottom only of a 9x13 baking pan.

    In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.

    Pour in milk, oil, melted butter/margarine and vanilla, and mix well.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is not shiny. (let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares)
