How To Make easy red velvet cake

1Cake: Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325 for 20 - 25 minutes ina greased 9 x 13 pan. (cool)

2Frosting: Mix Cool Whip, Cream Cheese, powdered Sugar and sugar together and spread over cooled cake.
