A great way to have pumpkin and donuts!! My grandchildren love these!

Ingredients For easy pumpkin donut holes.

  • 2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 3/4 c
    canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 lg
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp
    orange peel
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make easy pumpkin donut holes.

    In lg pot, heat oil over medium heat until hot, but not smoking. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar. Mix well. Drop batter by heaping tbsps into oil, fry 2 min, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Roll donut holes in powdered sugar. Also great drizzled w/ a little maple syrup.
