    (16-oz.) pound cake mix
  • 4 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 1 3/4 c
    canned pumpkin
  • 4
    eggs
  • STREUSEL TOPPING
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar,packed
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    margarine, softened

    ****STREUSEL TOPPING**** Combine brown sugar, pecans and flour. Cut in margarine until crumbly.

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine cake mixes, spice and baking soda in a large bowl. Add water, pumpkin and eggs; beat well.

    Spread half of the batter in a greased 13"x9" pan; sprinkle with half the streusel topping.

    Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel layer; sprinkle remaining streusel topping over batter.
