Cindy, a member of my bowling league brought this cake for someone's birthday - it was so tasty I just had to share it. I never use cake mixes, so this is my idea of easy.

Ingredients For easy pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting
- DRY INGREDIENTS

2 call purpose flour

2 csugar
-
1 tspbaking soda
- WET INGREDIENTS

1 cancrushed pineapple, 20 oz. including the juice

2 lgeggs
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract
- FROSTING

1 pkgcream cheese, 8 oz.

1/2 cbutter
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make easy pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting

1Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.

2Add the wet ingredients and beat until well mixed.

3Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with baking spray. Pour batter in the baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden. Cool.

4Make the frosting by first creaming together the butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Beat in the powdered sugar until creamy.

5OPTIONAL: Decrease the sugar by 1/2 cup and add 3/4 cup sweetened coconut to the batter.
