  • CAKE
  • 1 box
    lemon cake mix
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 can
    coconut milk
  • GLAZE
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make easy lemon loaf

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cake mix, eggs, and coconut milk until well blended. Grease two loaf pans and divide mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes put clean.

    Meanwhile, prepare glaze. Mix all ingredients together until smooth (you may have to add more milk to reach a smooth consistency).

    Let cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan, and pour glaze over top.
