    9" graham cracker crust
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened.
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest

How To Make easy extra creamy cheesecake

    Heat oven to 350. Place graham crust on a baking sheet. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and zest. Beat until light and fluffy. Pour into crust. Bake for 25 min, or until firm. Refrigerate for at least 8 hrs before serving.
