easy coffee icing
I made this easy coffee icing to go on a mayonnaise cake (chocolate). It whips up quick and easy. The coffee flavor is perfect and its hardly sweet at all. I was eating the frosting all by itself and I normally scrap off the icing. Great coffee flavor that doesn’t overwhelm your taste buds but entices them!

Wow, this coffee frosting is fantastic. It's very fragrant and tastes as good as it smells. We were a little concerned that the instant coffee granules would make the icing gritty, but it doesn't at all. In fact, it's what gives this coffee frosting such great flavor. We paired the frosting with chocolate cupcakes and it was the perfect combination. Whip these up for your family and friends and they'll think they came from a gourmet cupcake shop.
Ingredients For easy coffee icing

1 1/2 stickunsalted butter, room temperature

1 Tbspheaping instant coffee

1 lbpowdered sugar

2-3 Tbspbrewed cold coffee
How To Make easy coffee icing

1With a mixer, mix together the butter and coffee.

2Now mix in the powdered sugar. Blend well.

3Slowly add small amounts of the coffee until the frosting is the desired consistency.

4Spread on cake and enjoy!
