This cake is very moist, delicious and quick to make. In a matter of minutes you can make the cake, frosting and have the cake frosted. I always bake my cake in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch or 10 inch tube or Bundt pan. You probably could do this in layers, but I've never tried it.

How To Make easy chocolate sheet cake

1Sift together flour and sugar well. Bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. Pour over flour mixture. Mix well.

2Add eggs, buttermilk, soda, vanilla flavoring and salt. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

3Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Pour over confectioners' sugar. Beat well with mixer. Add vanilla flavoring. Spread on cake. You can add 1 cup chopped pecans, if desired.
