Ingredients For easy carrot cake...

1 csugar

1/2 cvegetable oil

1 1/2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 tspcinnamon

1 ccarrots, grated
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1/2 cnuts, chopped
How To Make easy carrot cake...

1Heat oven to 350F. In medium bowl mix sugar & oil together. Sift the dry ingredients,mix in carrots & add in the sugar mixture.

2Add 1 egg in at a time & beat well with each egg. Then add in the nuts of any kind & mix very well. Then pour into pre oiled 2 1/2 inch loaf pan.

3Bake for 55 to 60 mins. Cover with aluminum foil for the first 20 mins. It will reduce cracking. Serve warm or cold.
