Ingredients For easy breezy cheese cake

  • CHEESECAKE FILLING
  • 1
    8 oz container of cool whip
  • 2 pkg
    of 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • CRUST
  • 20-22
    squares of graham crackers crushed
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • TOPPING
  • 1 can
    of any pie filling of your choice

How To Make easy breezy cheese cake

    Pre heat oven to 350* (i put my pie filling in the fridge) Crush graham crackers and mix in sugar and butter and press into a un-greased pie pan, or you may buy a already made pie crust. bake for 5-7 minutes.

    Blend cream cheese(room temp) and powder sugar untill smooth,stir in cool whip (by hand) and add vanilla .

    Pour into cool graham cracker crust and chill till firm, (at least one hour) Once firm, cover cheese cake with pie filling and cut into 6-8 slices and serve cold. ENJOY!
