    white cake mix
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1-1/2 c
    mashed ripe bananas (3-4)
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    milk, instead of water
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • FROSTING
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 pkg
    (4.3 ounces) banana cream instant pudding
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make easy banana cake with banana cream frosting

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients and cake mix. Add milk, eggs, oil and bananas to the mixing bowl.

    Beat on low for 15 to 30 seconds, then increase speed to medium- high and beat for 2 minutes.

    Pour batter into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

    FROSTING: In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and pudding and place in refrigerator.
