Ingredients For easy apple cake

  • 2 c
    apple butter (or apple sauce)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4
    apples, chopped
  • powdered sugar
  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • IF USING APPLE SAUCE ADD:
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg

How To Make easy apple cake

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into a greased 9X13 baking pan.

    Bake for 45-60 minutes. Let cool.

    Dust with a garnish of powdered sugar.
