    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 c
    finely grated carrots
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • cream cheese frosting;
  • 1(8oz) pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    butter,soft or margarine
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 c
    sifted powder sugar

How To Make easter carrot cake

    Mix all of the above ingredients.Spray 13 by 9 cake pan.

    Bake in preheat 325 degrees oven for 50 to 60 minutes.Cool.

    Mix all cream frosting ingredients.Spread on cool cake.
