I was looking for something different, I ran across this recipe it look so good so i bought the ingredients and tried it. Wow! was it a hit or what? My grandson ate a piece and he was almost finished except one bite he dropped it on the table and said, "awe! i dropped the good piece." Lol... Of course he picked it up and ate it. Enjoy!!! You can also make cupcakes with it. Which that is what the recipe is for but i made a cake. I want to give credit where it's due. I found it at tastytriumphs.blogspot.com
