earthquake cake
(4 ratings)
I got this recipe recently from a friend in Arizona. When baking, this cake develops craters and cracking much like a freeway after a tremor. The finished product is very moist and richly chocolate. Serve with a dollop of whipped topping and it's pure heaven.
