This is such an easy cake, but very popular. I'm always asked to bring this at get togethers!

Ingredients For earthquake cake

1 cchopped pecans

1 pkgcake mix, german chocolate

1/2 cmargarine-room temp

1 tspvanilla extract

1 ccoconut
-
1 pkg(8oz.) cream cheese-at room temp

1 lbpowdered sugar
How To Make earthquake cake

1Spread pecans and coconut in the bottom of a greased 9X13 cake pan. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour the prepared cake mix over the pecans and coconut. Combine cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well and spoon onto the cake batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Don't over bake.
