Ingredients For earthquake cake

  • 1 c
    flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg
    18.25 oz.german chocolate cake mix plus ingredients to prepare.
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter or margarine
  • 2 c
    icing sugar
  • 1-8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract

How To Make earthquake cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease and flour a 9x13 pyrex pan.Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.Mix cake according to directions and pour over coconut and pecans.Mix sugar, butter,and cream cheese.Spread over cake.Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
