1/2 cmilk

2 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 csugar

1 tspmelted butter

2 lgtart apples, unpeeled & chopped

powdered sugar for coating

salad oil for deep fat frying
How To Make dutch apple drop cakes

1Beat eggs until foamy, add milk. Stir in flour, bk powder, salt & sugar. Fold in butter & apples.

2Heat 2 inches of oil to 370 degrees on a deep fat thermometer. Drop batter carefully by spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until light brown.

3Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
