Quick, easy and really moist for a fast retreat for ripening bananas!
This bread is actually better - later! Once the bread is cooled I pre-slice with a serrated edge knife - keeping slices intact. Wrap immediately in couple layers of plastic wrap tightly and refrigerate.
This does well frozen and made ahead for unexpected guests with needs!

Ingredients For drema's moist banana bread

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cmargerine or butter

2eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 cflour
-
1/2 cpecans, chopped

3 lgbananas, very ripe, mashed

1 tspvanilla extract, pure
How To Make drema's moist banana bread

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and lightly flour a loaf pan (approximately 8 x 5).

2In large mixing bowl combine and blend sugar, butter and beaten eggs.

3In smaller bowl sift together the flour, soda and baking powder. Add these dry ingredients to the above mixture. Stir well. Add mashed bananas and chopped pecans and vanilla.

4Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
