Ingredients For diy white cake mix

  • 2 3/4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar (super fine)
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt (super fine)
  • TO MAKE THE MIX
  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 5
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract

How To Make diy white cake mix

  • 1
    1st run your sugar and salt together through a food processor to make it super fine. Then mix all cake mix ingredients through a sifter to combine well and store in an airtight mason jar or baggie with contents and date written on baggie

    when your ready to make this mix add the wet ingredients listed, mix well bake in greased- 8-9" rounds for 20-25 minutes 13x9" 40 miniutes cupcakes 15 minutes bundt 45-50 minutes at 350*
