This has got to be the quickest recipe for brownies that I know of. They taste like brownies but without all the fat.

Ingredients For coca-cola brownies

  • 1 box
    chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can
    coca cola
  • 1 sm
    package instant sugar free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1-8oz
    container fat free chilled whipped topping

How To Make coca-cola brownies

  • 1
    Mix cake mix and diet coke together. spray a 9x13 inch dish. Pour ingredients into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until slightly underdone. Cool.

    Frosting: Mix pudding mix and whipped cream together. Frost the cake and cut into squares.
