HERE IS MY SPIN ON PUMPKIN MUFFINS, I LIKE THE CAKE LOOK A LITTLE BETTER IT REMINDS ME OF SPICE CAKE. I ALSO PUT A BROWN SUGAR SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CAKE TO GIVE IT A CRISP TASTE AND LOOK.

1/2 cplus 2 tbsp dark brown sugar

2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1 tsppumpkin pie spices

1/2 tspsalt

2 lgegg whites

1 c100% pure pumpkin

1/2 cfat-free milk

2 tspcanola oil
How To Make diabetic dark brown sugar pumpkin cake

1In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl combine all the wet ingredients. Stir in the dry ingredients un til mositened.

2Coat pan with cooking spray. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes or unilt insert come out clean. cool for 10 minutes before moving from the pan. Serve warm. with honey butter.
