- CUPCAKES

1 boxcake mix (white or vanilla)

2/3 cbutter
-
1 cmilk

5eggs
- FROSTING

1/4 cbutter, room temperature

1 8oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 tspvanilla

2 cconfectioners' sugar
How To Make delicious vanilla & cream cheese cupcakes

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2To make the cupcakes, place the cake mix in a mixing bowl.

3Melt the butter in the microwave and mix it into the cake batter.

4Add the milk to the mixture, whisking well.

5Add each egg, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.

6Prepare your cupcake pans with cupcake papers. This makes 24, so you may have to do it in batches.

7Fill each cup 2/3 full.

8Bake for 19-24 minutes. Cool.

9To make the frosting, beat the butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add the vanilla and the confectioners' sugar, blending until creamy.

10Once cupcakes are cooled, you can frost them. I added sprinkles to some of mine.

11The frosting would also be great with some lemon zest or you could add some food coloring so they have a little pizzaz! The possibilities are endless!
