This cake should take care of any cravings any die hard peanut butter fan would have. The delicious peanut butter frosting is so smooth and creamy. It would also be great on peanut butter cookies. The cake is great alone, or as I did, add some peanuts and chocolate chips. Can't go wrong with PB and Chocolate. My photos

Ingredients For peanut butter sheet cake

1 cpeanut butter

1 cbutter
-
1 cwater
-
1 - 1/2 csugar
-
2 cflour
-
2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
pinchsalt
- FROSTING

1 cpeanut butter

3 cconfectioners' sugar
-
1/2 cmilk or heavy cream
-
1/2 tspvanilla
-
nuts and chocolate for garnishing ( optional )
How To Make peanut butter sheet cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.

2In a large pan over medium heat combine butter, water and peanut butter. Stir until combined well. Remove from heat.

3Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine thoroughly. Batter will be thick.

4Spread into sheet pan evenly. Bake approx. 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool cake and make the frosting.

5Mix frosting: In a medium bowl, mix all frosting ingredients, till smooth and creamy. ( I used my hand mixer ).

6Spread evenly over cooled cake.

7Spread nuts and chocolate evenly ( nuts and chocolate are optional ).
