This no-bake cheesecake recipe is cool, creamy, and will satisfy any chocolate lover. The white chocolate pudding mix in the cream cheese layer adds a really rich flavor to the filling. Paired with the Oreo crust and chocolate fudge, you're in chocolate heaven with this cheesecake recipe. It's a simple and delicious dessert.

Ingredients For death by chocolate cheesecake

  • 1
    Oreo pie crust
  • 1 jar
    Smucker's hot fudge, 11.75 oz.
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 c
    half and half
  • 1 box
    white chocolate pudding mix, 3.4 oz.
  • 1/2 pkg
    Cool Whip, 8 oz container
  • 6 oz
    mini chocolate chips

We took some of the extra hot fudge and drizzled it over a slice when serving. So good!
  • Spooning hot fudge over Oreo crust.

    Heat hot fudge and spoon about 3/4 of the jar over the bottom of Oreo crust.
  • Mixing half and half with cream cheese.

    Add 1/4 cup of half & half and 8 oz of cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  • Mixing pudding mix and the half and half into the batter.

    Add pudding mix and remaining half & half. Mix on medium until blended.
  • Mixing the filling until thick.

    Mix on high an additional 2-3 minutes (until thickens).
  • Folding in the Cool Whip.

    Fold in half the tub of Cool Whip.
  • Spooning filling into the Oreo crust.

    Spoon into prepared crust.
  • Prepared cheesecake ready to be chilled.

    Chill for 4-6 hours.
  • Chocolate chips sprinkled onto cheesecake.

    Sprinkle with chips just before serving.
