Ingredients For crumb cake
- PART ONE

2 csifted cake flour
-
2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cshortening
- PART TWO
-
1egg, beaten
-
1/2 csifted cake flour
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
3/4 cmilk
How To Make crumb cake

1Rub flour, sugar and shortening. (Part 1), together until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup to sprinkle over the top of the cake.

2Mix ingredients of part two thoroughly. Spread in greased cake pan, sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
