Anytime we visited Nanny, the first thing we did was tear through the house to find 2 Creme Dementhe cakes and stuff our faces. This childhood memory has now turned into a demand from my friends during the holiday's. This recipe is sure to please.

Ingredients For creme dementhe bundt cake

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    (4 serving) instant pistachio pudding
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    creme dementhe
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    hershey chocolate syrup (if you can find the one in a can, get that!)

How To Make creme dementhe bundt cake

  • 1
    Preheat Oven to 350
  • 2
    Combine cake and pudding mix. Add eggs, beating one at a time. Add all other ingredients (except choc syrup). Beat well.

    Pour 2/3 batter in greased bundt pan.
  • 4
    Mix remaining batter with chocolate syrup and add to the top DO NOT MIX, JUST LAY ON TOP.

    Bake at 350 for 55 min. Cool for 30 min then remove from pan.
