1 cbutter, softened

2 csugar

3eggs

2 tsplemon zest, grated

1 tspvanilla extract

2 csour cream

3 1/2 cflour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make creamy lemon cupcakes

1sift flour and dry ingredients, set aside.

2cream butter and sugar.

3add eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.

4alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream. batter will be thick.

5add 1/4 cup of batter into cupcake pan. (i use cupcake papers)

6bake at 350 degrees, for 25 - 30 minutes. let cool 10 minutes in pan, then rack cool.
