1 pkgOrange Supreme cake mix

1 pkgorange gelatin (3 oz)

1/2 cboiling water

1/2 ccold water
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS

8 ozfrozen whipped topping, thawed

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 sminstant vanilla pudding mix, unprepared (3.4 oz)

1/4 tsporange extract

Orange cake mix is hard to find. Make your own by adding 3 Tbsp of orange gelatin to a vanilla cake mix. We also added a drop of orange food coloring to the topping for a nice presentation.

1Mix cake as directed on the box for a 9x13" pan. Cool. Punch holes with a meat fork.

2Mix Jell-o with boiling water. Stir until the mix is dissolved. Add cold water.

3Pour the Jell-o over the cake making sure it goes into the holes. Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour to set.

4TOPPING: Mix pudding with milk. Add a few drops of orange flavoring to taste.

5Then fold in Cool Whip.

6Add topping to the cake and keep refrigerated.
