Ingredients For cream cheese pound cake

1 1/2 cbutter or margarine, softened (3 sticks)

8 ozpackage of cream cheese, softened

3 csugar
-
6eggs
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla

3 csifted all purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make cream cheese pound cake

1Preheat oven 325 degrees

2Grease and flour 10 inch tube or 12 cup Bundt pan

3Beat butter and cream cheese together in a large bowl until well blended

4Add eggs - one (1) at a time beating well after each addition

5Blend in vanilla

6Sift flour and salt together and blend into creamed mixture

7Spoon into prepared pan

8Bake 1 hour and 15-30 minutes until toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean

9Cool in pan 5 minutes; then turn onto wire rack and cool completely
