This is the poundcake I grew up on. It is actually Peggy Register from Cottondale, FL recipe. She was my Momma's friend. It is a great go to recipe.

  • 1 box
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 stick
    butter
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 6
    eggs

How To Make cream cheese pound cake

    Mix everything together. Put in Bundt cake pan. Simple as that.

    Put in 300 degree oven and bake 1 1/2 hours. I would start checking on it near the end because oven bake differently.
