1/2 cbutter, room temperature

1 canorange juice, thawed concentrate

1 cdried or fresh cranberries

1 Tbspbutter, room temperature

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 cchopped walnuts
How To Make cranberry walnut coffee cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of 9" springform pan with parchment paper. Grease and flour sides of pan. In Large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar till creamy. Beat in eggs, orange zest and oj till smooth. In Medium bowl stir 2 cups of flour with baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon. Beat flour mixture and sour cream into butter mixture till smooth. Stir in Cranberries.

2In another bowl combine, butter, brown sugar, flour and walnuts. Pour batter into pan. Scatter walnuts on top. Bake 30-40 min.
