Ingredients For cranberry roly-poly

  • 2 1/4 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine,melted
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    more melted butter or margarine
  • 2 c
    whole cranberry sauce, drained
  • SUGAR SAUCE:
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar,packed
  • 3 Tbsp
    orange juice

How To Make cranberry roly-poly

    Combine Bisquick and sugar. Add milk and stir until the mixture forms a soft dough. Place on surface lightly sprinkled with Bisquick mix. Knead about 10 times. Roll dough to about 1/4 of an inch thickness. Brush with melted butter and cover with the cranberries. Roll up like a jelly roll and place seam side down on a sprayed 9x13-inch pan; brush with a sugar sauce and bake at 425^ for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with whip cream or ice cream. --- Sugar Sauce: Place ingredients in a microwave bowl and cook 30 seconds or until sugar melts. Stir and spread on roly-poly before baking.
