1 cfat free (skim) milk

1/2 cfleischman's margarine, melted

1/4 cegg beaters

1 tspvanilla extract

2 tspgrated lemon peel

1 tsplemon juice

1 cfresh or frozen cranberries, chopped ,uncooked
- GLAZE:

1 cpowdered sugar
-
5-6 tsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspcorn syrup, light

1/2 tspbutter or margarine
How To Make cranberry poppy seed loaf

1In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, poppy seed, and baking powder; set aside. In a small bowl, combine milk, margarine, egg, vanilla and lemon peel. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Stir in cranberries. Spread batter into greased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350^ for 60 to 70 minutes or until tested done. Cool in pan on wire rack. Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
