Ingredients For cranberry-nut loaf

3 cflour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
2eggs
-
1 csugar
-
2 ccanned whole berry cranberry sauce

1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 ccanola oil
-
1/2 ccoarsely chopped pecns
How To Make cranberry-nut loaf

1Preheat oven to 350. Coat 2 (8x4 inch) loaf pas with cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar, cranberry sauce, milk and oil till smooth. Add to the flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in pecans.

4Transfer batter to pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool loaves in pans for 5 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
