Ingredients For cranberry-nut coffee cake

1/4 cfirmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cchopped walnuts

1/4 tspcinnamon
-
2 cbiscuit mix
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1egg
-
2/3 cwater
-
2/3 cwhole berry cranberry sauce
- POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE

1 csifted powdered sugar
-
1 Tbspplus 1 tsp of water

1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make cranberry-nut coffee cake

1Powdered Sugar Glaze: Combine all ingrediants. Stir well. Set Aside.

2Combine brown sugar, walnuts & cinnamon; Mix well, and set aside.

3Combine biscuit mix, sugar, egg, and water; Beat 30 sec. at med. speed. Pour batter into a greased 9" square pan. Sprinkle batter with walnut mixture, and spoon cranberry sauce evenly over top.

4Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min. or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
