1/2 cbutter, softened

1 tspalmond extract

1 canjellied cranberry sauce

1 csour cream

1 cwhite chocolate chips

2 Tbspbutter

How To Make cranberry coffee cake with white chocolate glaze

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 or 12 cup bundt pan.

2In a bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl combine sour cream and cranberry sauce, mix well to combine.

3Using a mixer, cream together 1/2 cup butter and the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add almond extract.

4Alternate adding cranberry mixture and flour mixture to butter mixture.

5Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 min in preheated oven. Check with toothpick near center to see if done.

6Cool in pan for 10 min then transfer to cooling rack.

7While the cake is cooling melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. When melted, transfer to small bowl and add milk in teaspoon increments until smooth consistency.

8Pour glaze over cooled cake. Let glaze set up for about an hour and serve.
