Ingredients For cranberry bundt cake

1 csugar

3/4 cbutter, room temperature

2eggs

2 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 cbuttermilk

1 tspvanilla or almond flavoring

1 cwhole cranberries
-
1 cchopped dates
-
1 cchopped nuts
How To Make cranberry bundt cake

1Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Beat well. Add rest of ingredients. Add cranberries and let chop a little with beaters. Spoon into well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes and until cake tests done in center. Let stand in pan for 15 minutes. Glaze with a thin powdered sugar frosting flavored with orange or almond or just plain vanilla. Or combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup orange juice, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring. Bring to boil and pour over cake while warm. Let set a while before serving.
