This is a recipe I got from Kellogg's site. It is a flavorful cake that is good as is... or with a glaze, or even a little whip cream and jam!

1 corange juice

1/4 cvegetable oil

1 lgegg

2 mdbananas

1 1/2 cflour

3/4 csugar

1/2 craisins

1 tspbaking soda

How To Make corn flakes brunch cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 8x8x2 inch cake pan.

2Put corn flakes and orange juice together in a bowl to soak for 5 minutes. Add the oil, egg and mashed bananas. Mix together all the remaining ingredients and slowly add and mix in well.

3Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
