1 pkgoreo cookies

1 pkgmini oreo cookies

1 boxchocolate cake mix

1/2 cbutter, unsalted

1 tspvanilla extract

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

3 3/4 cpowdered sugar
How To Make cookies and cream cupcakes

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix as directed. Put one regular size Oreo into the bottom of each cupcake tin. Put remaining Oreos in food processor or blender, and mix until chopped in small pieces. Add to cake mix and stir. Add cake and oreo mix to cupcake tins and bake 12-15 minutes.

2For frosting: Cream butter and cream cheese until well blended Add vanilla and mix Add powdered sugar gradually and mix well. Blend 1-2 cups of the mini oreos until fine, leaving little to no chunks and add to frosting. Make sure you leave enough out for garnish though :) Top cooled cupcakes and add a mini oreo to garnish.
