How To Make cookie butter sheet cake

1To make the cake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10x15" jelly roll pan.

2Stir together the flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl.

3In a saucepan, combine the water, butter, and cookie butter. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

4Stir cookie butter mixture into the flour/sugar until well combined.

5In a bowl, stir together the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir into cookie butter mixture until well combined.

6Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes.

7To make the frosting, stir together the sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes.

8Stir in marshmallow cream, cookie butter, and vanilla until smooth.

9Spread frosting over warm cake. Let cool about 1 hour before cutting.
