Ingredients For coffeecake muffins.

1 cflour

1/2 cwhole whaet flour

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 cbutter
-
8 ozlight sour cream

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 cfat-free milk

1 lgegg, beaten
-
1/4 cpacked light brown sugar

1/4 cchopped walnuts
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
How To Make coffeecake muffins.

1Heat oven to 350. Spray 6 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.

2In another bowl, stir together sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, milk and egg. Add to dry ingredinets until just combined. In small bowl, stir together brown sugar,nuts, 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon.

3Spoon 1/2 the batter into cups, sprinkle w/ 1/2 the nut mix. Top w/ remaining batter and nut mix. Bake 25 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
