This works great in a bundt pan(as shown)or as cupcakes. Don't use paper liners though, they get soggy and you get a nice crisp edge without them.

Ingredients For coffee cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 box
    instant coconut pudding mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make coffee cake

  • 1
    Beat together cake mix, sour cream, oil, pudding mix and eggs.

    Pour half into angel food cake pan.
  • 3
    Pour cinnamon and sugar over batter.
  • 4
    Pour rest of batter in pan and swirl with a knife.
  • 5
    Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

    Dust with powdered sugar.
