easy coffee cake
Quick and delicious coffee cake! I was tired of the same old coffee cake, so I decided to make one of my own. Brought it to the office and everyone loved it!

1 boxwhite cake mix

1 boxinstant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 tspvanilla extract

3/4 cvegtable oil

1/2 tspbutter flavoring (optional)

3/4 cmilk

5eggs
- FILLING

2/3 cbrown sugar
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
1 tspcinnamon
- CARAMEL FROSTING

4 Tbspunsalted butter (half a stick)

1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1/8 cmilk
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1-1/4 cpowdered sugar
How To Make easy coffee cake

1Combine cake ingredients; beat on high speed for 5min. Combine filling mixture in separate bowl while cake is mixing.

2Using a greased and floured 9x13 pan, pour half the batter in the pan. Sprinkle half of the filling mixture over the batter then add the remaining batter. Sprinkle the rest of the filling mixture in top. Bake at 375 for 35min.

3Icing- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in the brown sugar and salt. Cook on low for 2min, stirring constantly. Add milk. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let it cool slightly, then add the powdered sugar. Drizzle icing over the cake right after removing from the oven
