1 pkgyellow cake mix

4eggs

1/2 cvegetable oil

1 Tbsphoney

1 pkg(4 servings) vanilla pudding

1 cwater

1½ cflaked coconut
How To Make coconut pudding cake

1Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl. Blend; then beat for 2 minutes at high speed.

2Set aside 1/4 cup of coconut; stir the remaining coconut into the batter.

3Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

4Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove from pan.

5Brush the top of the cake with honey; sprinkle with the remaining coconut.
