My neice introduced me to this and I get requests to bring this to potlucks at my church. It is wonderful! I hope you enjoy this!

Ingredients For coconut poke cake

  • 1
    white cake mix
  • 1 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 14 oz
    cream of coconut
  • 1 16 oz
    whip topping
  • 1 8 oz
    flaked coconut

How To Make coconut poke cake

    Fix cake as directed in a 13 x 19 pan.

    Mix cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk together.
  • 3
    Poke holes in hot baked cake.
  • 4
    Pour cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk over top of cake. Keep spreading this mixture over cake. It will seep in.

    Let cool completely.

    Top with whipped topping.

    Top with flaked coconut.

    Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
