Ingredients For coconut cake

  • 1 box
    chocolate/white cake mix
  • 1 sm
    can of cream of coconut
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk,fat free
  • 8oz oz
    container of cool whip
  • 1 pkg
    coconut, shredded

How To Make coconut cake

    Make cake mix according to directions on box. when done, remove from oven and poke numerous holes in the top of the cake. While still warm, slowly pour the mixture of the sweetened milk & coconut cream over the cake until absorbed.

    Keep poking holes as necessary. (even if it looks like it is sort of falling apart from holes, they seem to all seal up with the wet mixture.)

    Chill in refrigerator overnight. Next day, cover top with cool whip & shredded coconut. If you make it an extra day in advance then freeze it after topping, it is easier to cut slightly frozen. ENJOY!
