A friend brought this cake to a holiday party and it was so moist and delicious that I had to have the recipe! I passed it on to another friend who made it for a church dinner and it was the hit of the deserts!

Ingredients For coconut bundt cake

  • 1 box
    white or yellow cake mix (i use yellow)
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 4
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 3 tsp
    coconut flavoring
  • 3/4 c
    cooking oil
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    white syrup
  • 1 tsp
    coconut flavoring

How To Make coconut bundt cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first 7 ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured (or sprayed) bundt pan. Bake 1 hour.

    Mix next five ingredients in small boiler over low to medium heat. While cake is still hot and in the bundt pan, prick cake with large fork and pour syrup over cake. Allow to sit until cool enough to turn onto cake plate.
