I have been searching for this recipe for years. I worked at a steakhouse in Texas and this was the only dessert on menu. What a treat served warm with a scoop of vanilla icecream! So easy and DELISH!

Ingredients For cobbala (easy peach cobbler w/icecream)

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    soft butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    16oz peaches or fresh, about five
  • vanilla icecream

How To Make cobbala (easy peach cobbler w/icecream)

    Cream sugar and butter, add flour and milk mix well. Pour in baking pan evenly. Pour canned peaches w/syrup over top and sprinkle with cinnamin.

    Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30min. Scoop into bowls and top with icecream.
