I have been searching for this recipe for years. I worked at a steakhouse in Texas and this was the only dessert on menu. What a treat served warm with a scoop of vanilla icecream!

1 csugar

1/2 csoft butter

1/2 tspcinnamon

1 cself rising flour

1 cmilk
-
1 can16oz peaches or fresh, about five

vanilla icecream
How To Make cobbala (easy peach cobbler w/icecream)

1Cream sugar and butter, add flour and milk mix well.
Pour in baking pan evenly.
Pour canned peaches w/syrup over top and sprinkle with cinnamin. -
2Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30min.
